Teresa opened her eyes with a start. Her entire body was trembling after she had just used her telepathic ability.
"Is something wrong?" Gus asked her, his face cold as always.
Her gun-metal hair now looked silver in the crystal's light. "Hmm…It's nothing. How long until we reach Valron's border?" she questioned, sounding impatient.
"About a day." Gus answered. "We've received information collected by the scouts we sent to Valron. Link lost an arm when fighting Arthur. He has grown way stronger than we had anticipated."
"So has Eris." Teresa added. "I've just paid her a visit in her mind, but I could only last a few seconds in her head because of her resistance. I never thought a person could reject me so easily, especially one who has barely touched her potential. This means we have more than Stella to worry about." She rubbed her chin thoughtfully.
