I opened my eyes and looked out the window. The previous night was really strange but I was lucky things didn't get out of hand. I turned to look at Isabella who was already awake and standing besides one of the windows.
"oh you're up, I guess you slept well" Isabella said to me with a bright smiles. It was nice to wake up and have a beauty greet you in the fresh morning sun.
I got up and put my shoes on. "yh I did sleep well, but the smell of these dead bees isn't really pleasing"I said with a sour expression.
I looked at the corpse of the monster I had killed the previous night, something felt strange about the corpse of these monsters. I brought my dagger from it's sheath and cut open the abdomen of one of the bees. I found something strange in it's abdomen, it was a yellow gem and it was glowing.
I turned to Isabella who was also looking at the gem in my hands. "Do you perhaps know what this I?" I asked as I stretched the gem in my hand towards her.
Isabella came closer to examine the gem and shook her head.
"there's something going on here, this stone, those monster, they all exist back in my world" she said as she looked at me.
I couldn't understand what was really going on but I was sure about one thing; these monsters were not from around here and were linked to Isabella's home world.
"Isabel, do you think we can find a way back to your world if we are able to find where these creatures are coming from?" I asked as I took the stone back from Isabella.
"I don't know if we can actually be able to go to my world but if we are would you be fine with leaving your world behind?" she asked.
I thought for a while and concluded "Yh I've decided, I have no one and nothing I'm leaving behind and if we are able to find a way back to your home you can get revenge on the bastard who betrayed your clan" I explained to her.
Isabella nodded. "You're right, thanks for putting my desire in your heart darling"
I nodded with a smile. "so what do I do with this stone?" I asked.
"Try absorbing the mana from it. It should be able to help in your growth even if a little"
I closed my eyes and drew in the mana I was feeling from the gem which made my mana increase vastly. I opened my eyes and found that the corpse of the bees had disappeared.

"What happened to the corpse of these bees?" I asked Isabella who now had a worried look on her face.
"I don't know somehow you absorbed both the mana and life force from these monsters, it's not supposed to work that way" she explained as she looked at me clearly worried.
"You don't have to worry about me, I'm perfectly fine" I said flexing my biceps
"Ok, If you say so" she said but she still seemed to be worried.
"I think it'll be better if we left here, it's no longer safe" I said as I walked towards the door.
Isabella smiled and ran up to me holding my arm to her boobs. Damn they were massive. Curse does monsters I would have lost my virginity last night if they didn't disturb.
I was happy to have Isabel by my side. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't meet her. She was the only one I had and I had made up my mind to protect her.
I looked up at the sky which was cover with dark clouds. This was probably due to the disaster that was happening.
"watch out darling!!!" I heard Isabella call out to me. I jumped to the side as a huge wooden club came crashing into the ground. I turned around to see an ogre, it was large and it's skin was a tint of gray.
The ogre didn't stop it's attack, it swung the club vertically but I quickly crossed my arm across my head before it could hit me. Although I blocked it with my hands but the force from the attack was to powerful as the ground below me cracked and a dent was created on the ground below me. i coughed out blood as I struggled to keep my composure.
I was on one knee while blocking the club. "Get away from my darling you ugly monster"
Isabella ran towards the monster and sent it flying several miles away with a kick.
I stood up as I wiped the blood that was on my lips and smiled at Isabella who was fuming with rage.
"Hey I'm ok, it's just a little scratch" I said to her but she didn't seem to be thinking right now.
Her aura became visible as she dashed forward towards the ogre and smashed it's head to the ground with her feet.
"how dare a dirty creature like you lay your filthy hands on my man, you deserve worse than death" she had already lost it. She started punching the ogre's face until it was nothing but a pile of squashed meat.
"Hey that's enough, it's already dead" I yelled. She turned around and rushed up to me checking my body for injuries.
"i'm sure I'll be fine after absorbing the ogre's life force and mana" I said to calm Isabella down.
I stretched my hand towards the corpse of the ogre and a dark mist came out of my palm swallowing the body of the monster. I was shocked as I didn't understand what just happened.
