Rasvol, "Hmm... It's been a while, Eta."
Eta after a giggle, "Right! You still haven't changed your hobbies I see."
Rasvol, "Tell me, Why are you Golden Valley Folks here? Is it for the Humanculus, It feels unlikely to me?"
Eta said, "So, That one is a Humanculus", he said that as he slightly looked back to see Persis.
When he did Rasvol pressed his sleeve button on his right and a turret appeared next to the door aimed at Eta and shot. Eta dodged it swiftly.
Eta, "My, my, you are still sly as a fox", then one of the drones went to Eta's right hand.
Rasvol felt overwhelmed after seeing how he dodged the bullet.
Rasvol, "I see you haven't changed yourself, old man."
Eta giggled again. Then Eta pressed the drone in his hand which formed a cyber armor for him.
The lady, "Hey old man, Enough with the intimacy that you are having there and move on with the plan"
Eta, "Come on Rhea! That was Rude, Zyn will not be proud of that."
That made Rhea gasp, "I was nervous. Please, don't tell him"
Persis was thinking, "So, this is what you meant"
Everything around paused, Ses, "You know it. Anyways, try moving now"
Persis then tried and saw that he couldn't move an inch.
Ses, "Hmm... I see. Now try closing your eyes and then move around"
Persis did as Ses said and this time he could move freely.
Ses, "Now open your eyes"
Persis opened his eyes and was back to not being able to move.
Ses, "You have a gift given by me but it is not invincible"
Persis, "Is the stop in time the gift?"
Ses, "Yes, yes it is. You will need it when the time comes", Then the time resumes again.
The servants see that Persis is next to Rhea, So, they try to get him away from them.
Rhea saw Persis, "They say you are a homunculus, is that true?"
Persis was looking at the battle Eta and Rasvol were having and said, "I don't know myself. But it could be true"
Rhea looked at him from top to bottom. He was half naked and was wearing a boxer to cover his genitalia. He had gills on both sides of his chest which was on either side next to the lungs.
Rhea, "You are a homunculus. That's amazing!"
Rhea then got a transmission, "Understood."
Rhea, "Hey kid, would you want to join us in getting out of here?"
Rhea didn't hear anything from him so she looked over to see where he was and saw that he was being dragged away by Rasvol's servants.
Rhea, "Hey! I was talking to him", They noticed Rhea following her and Servant 2 pointed the gun at her.
Rhea, "Oh! So, you are serious about this?"
Servant 2 in a nervous voice, "L-Leave us be. I- We can just leave here alive"
Rhea, "Oh! no, no, no you don't understand what you just did right there, do you? It is called the end"
Servant 2 felt confused and started to fear Rhea, "I don't get...", That was when Rhea took out her small baton which turned into a sabre rapier and she used it to slice The dwarf's head to the floor. All the other servants were frightened and left Persis there and left.
Persis looked around and saw the dwarf's head on the floor next to its body. Persis was shocked at the sight of it.
The time around him was paused, Ses, "So, It frightens you, huh? Didn't you think much of your life?"
Persis was gasping in fear and controlled it in and after taking a deep breath, "I-I felt nothing at the time and relieved after I jumped"
Ses, "And Why did you care now? Life matters again?"
Persis knew where Ses was taking this, "I was lost. I didn't find a purpose left. I saw nothing but darkness"
Ses, "And now where is it?"
Persis kept silent.
Ses, "I know. It just lit, that is why I said I will keep it lit"
Tears started to fall from Persis's eyes and he felt relieved as it dripped off him.
Ses, "I will watch you as you realise your dream" and then the time resumed.
Rhea saw him now in tears which made her confused as she was thinking, "I am sure I did see him frightened before and. And now he is crying?! How?"
Rhea, "Kiddo, Who are you?"
Persis looked at her still tearing away, "Persis, Persis Marc"
Rhea, "Hmm... Persis. huh? Persis Marc? Two names? But you are a homunculus right?"
Persis, "I just named it myself", he said that he wiped his tears away.
Rhea then held her right hand on her ear again, "We are ready to get away if you all are ready too?... Alright, We are out then", she said that as she extended her arm to Persis and then looked over at him and smiled asking him, "And are you in?"
Persis kept silent and remembered his life back on Earth before it was over and the moment Ses snapped his finger, "I want to. I want to see the world. And connect it if I can", and then reached out to grab her hand.
Rhea was shocked to hear him but ignored it for now and then looked over to Eta, "Old man, Times up we have to go!"
Eta nodded yes and teleported in a second, Rasvol was infuriated since Eta destroyed the stage of the auction room and screamed in anger, "Eta! You old LEAF!"
Rhea giggled hearing Rasvol say "LEAF", "Leaf! Really! Well, that does describe him", Then she looked over at Persis, then nodded yes with a smile and jumped off the opening she created with Persis.
Persis felt relieved he jumped. It was not like the one he fell to death. It was the start of a new adventure. Persis smiled as he jumped along with Rhea.
They were then a bubble suddenly floating down. Both of them were in a separate bubble.
Persis, "What is this?"
Rhea, "That's the old man's. I mean Eta, our boss's gift given by the Lord"
Eta appeared out of nowhere in the middle of them both saying, "Weeho!"
Rhea, "Where are they?"
Eta, "They hadn't taken off yet. They were dealing with something else", Rhea looked worried as she listened.
Eta knew that she would be concerned, "I already helped them deal with it. They will be here any second now!", Then Rhea looked below the bubble as she heard a helicopter's sound.
Rhea smiled, "They are alright, Old man!"
Eta, "That is what I. *sigh* I know, I know they are"
Persis then looked down and saw the helicopter rising up to them and one of init looking up right at them and waving their hands at them.
Meanwhile, Rasvol was looking down at them pissed off at what condition they left the auction room in and taking away the homunculus too.
Rasvol murmured to himself in anger, "Curse you, Curse you, Curse you, Eta! I hope you are cursed now"
Servant 1 got close to Rasvol, "Sire, Diglin died. He tried to protect Persis away from them but failed and so did we"
Rasvol, "It is Alright! We have already sold the price. It is none of our concern now Master Shivan will take care of them and I hope they really do suffer", he said in a hurt tone looking at his servant.
Rasvol, "Either way Master Shiver is on the hunt for it already we know, So, they better understand what they got into", he said as he looked down at them as they were getting in the helicopter.
