Carryl's P.O.V
Sam got to class before me, so he held a seat for me. I managed to get to the hall in time for the lecturer to walk in. He glanced at me disapprovingly before walking past me to the front of the class. I looked around our usual seats and managed to spot Sam. He removed his bag from the seat he reserved for me. I removed my books and settled down for the lecture. Running to the lecture hall had caused my body to heat up, so I tried to remove my sweater only to be stopped by Sam's firm hand. I looked at him confused and followed his gaze to my upper arm that had a hickey which trailed from my neck. Eli and Park had taken advantage of my exposed skin while we were showering.
"I don't mind all your love bites, but I am not sure the others while be quite as understanding as me."
I couldn't help the blush that fought its way to my face as I pulled on my sweater again. It seemed I had to establish some sort of rule against being marked in obvious places. Although, I was certain visibility was what they were aiming for. Sam did not pry further until class was over. We only had three classes, and the remaining classes were all in the afternoon. So I had no real excuse when Sam suggested we go for lunch off campus at a nearby cafe.
The cafe was pretty empty, typical given the time of day, so we picked out the best seat at a corner next to the window. We ordered burgers and fries with milkshakes. Sam waited for the waitress to leave with our ordered before turning to me expectant eyes trained on me.
" So, not that it's any of my business, but which one of the two are you serious about? So this means you are bisexual?"
" I am pretty serious about both of them. We haven't known each other that long but I feel like I could be in love with them. And yes, I am a bisexual. Wasn't it obvious?"
"You look like a bottom, so I naturally assumed you were gay."
"I look like a bottom? What does that even mean?"
" It doesn't matter. Aren't you scared they will find out you are dating both of them?"
"They already know." I watched the confusion intensify on Sam's face.
"And they don't mind?"
"They are married, so they were a package deal from the start."
Sam was taken aback by my answer. His shock was branded across his face. I guess he truly did not expect that scenario.
"Is it truly that shocking?"
"I never quite imagined it, especially from that innocent face of yours. Do you feel safe with them?"
"I do. I have never felt as protected as I do when I am with them. Park and Eli gave meaning to my life and I owe them more than I care to admit."
" As long as you are happy. Thats all that matters."
"I am happy, plus there's another undeniable benefit to dating them." I found the Forbes article I was looking for and showed it to Sam.
"Damn boy! They are both billionaires? Never mind, your happiness is not the most important thing. I am fully expecting you to take me on a holiday somewhere during break and you are paying for this meal. Dont even think about breaking up with them."
"Dont worry..." I said, removing the gold card Park had given me and waved it in front of his face. " Daddy's got you"
Our food was brought finally by the server and all conversations seized as we dug into the food like ravenous wolves. We had ordered for a family portion of fries, but it did not take us long to devour the food. After our meal, we took a long walk back to the campus, talking about our dreams and ambitions. I couldn't help but feel grateful for Sam. Metting him was another silver lining filling the long empty void of friendship that I had always longed for. He approached me without knowing about me. Everything out of the ordinary that I had revealed about myself had only served to solidify our forming bond. Sam only ever inquired about my happiness. I also felt protective of his happiness.
"So there is a thing happening tomorrow,a frat party of sorts. Wanna come with?"
"I wouldn't miss it for the world." I linked my hand with his and we walked in comfortable silence back to school.
Sam left me to go meet with Gregory, since we had a few hours before the next class. I went to the arboretum on campus having heard raving reviews on the view. I was not disappointed. The lush green grass, man made forest, coupled with the huge greenhouse that boasted of the most beautiful flowers was a sight to behold. It was appealing in a simple and yet ethereal way. I took some selfies with the beautiful backdrops scattered in the place. I was so engrossed in capturing my image that I did not notice until I bumped into someone. I pushed myself away to avoid any further contact but only succeed in tripping over feet. The stranger stopped my fall awkwardly, holding me by my stomach as i prayed that he wouldn't let me fall on my face.
I finally got enough leverage on my feet and pulled myself up with the stranger's help. I turned and found myself staring into the clearest eyes I had ever seen. His eyes were an almost translucent grey, framed by long lashes that most women would kill for. I'll admit, I am more shallow than I care to say. I was a sucker for looks and the stranger in front of me was more that well blessed. His mono-lid over siren shaped eyes and tan skin spoke of an Asian heritage. He looked like a Kpop star straight from an award show. His skin was flawless and his jaw and cheekbones were so sharp it hurt to stare. He had white uniformly arranged teeth with thick lips a great match for his thick eyebrows. He wore a tank top which did nothing to hide his bulging biceps and well chiseled chest. Even with a black tank top and grey sweatpants, he still looked like a fashion model.
"Sorry about that. I wasn't being careful." he apologized as he straightened my clothes. He had a buttery smooth voice that would kill it at ASMR.
"N...no I am sorry. I was too busy taking pictures. I will be careful from now on."
He smiled at me, a genuinely breathtaking smile that had me forgetting how to breathe.
