Lauren awoke to the sound of a soft knock on her door. She sat up in bed and rubbed her eyes, wondering who could be calling on her so early. She opened the door and was surprised to see Hazel standing there, wearing a smile.
"What are you doing here? Is everything okay?" Lauren asked, concern evident in her voice.
Hazel gave a soft laugh and stepped inside, closing the door behind her. "Everything is alright. You are late. I thought to wake you up; otherwise, you will miss your breakfast."
"Just give me a few minutes. I think I didn't set an alarm last night. Thank you, Haz. I will be there." Hazel nodded and closed the door as she waited for her in the room.
Lauren finished taking a quick shower and got dressed. She felt refreshed and more awake now, and she was excited to hear what Hazel had to say.
She opened the door and was greeted by Hazel, who looked as lovely as ever.
