The book flipped its pages while flapping excitedly like a young girl who has learned how to walk for the first time as it get used to its new found power. Power hovered around its pages like an ancient holy book . The invisible chains binding it in that dimension broke apart setting it free.
The space around it broke forming a whirlpool that tried to suck it out of the dimension after it forgedr a way to teleport out.
The next instance, the teleport formation that was on the verge of opening crumbled while the space around it became chaotic and haywire.
"Hmph! " The book frowned displeased.
" So this was your plan? What a shame! You ignored your environment which became your downfall."
" This is not your domain. You are in someone's else demesne. The laws of this place are completely ever-changing. It is truly a pity after being tricked by the very dimension you live in. " Ryan's voice was heard all over the space as if he was everywhere yet nowhere.
Although the words erased him completely including his soul, his will in the pendant remained thus replacing his previous existance. The will became him and he became the will. That will was something that cannot be destroyed especially in this dimension. After all, he was tempered by the dimension itself resulting in his will having its very essence.
The dimension existed independently without the support of the immortal plane. It is something that can not be measured or explained. How can a mere book compare to its power? It was totally naive. Even if it has freed itself from the shackles through several beings that it had sacrificed, it was still bound by the laws of this dimension.
...
It was startled at first as realization down on it before its expression turned to an evil smirk.
What if I can't get out of this place? We are on the same ship as long as I don't submit to you. As time goes, I will look for a way to finish your canning will and then the domain will fall on my hands. Hahahahahaha!
" You can't defeat me, I have become something powerful beyond your understanding. A mortal like you cannot understand or imagine. " The book said in a womanly voice expressionlessly.
" You did one fatal mistake in your judgement, this space had been created solely for me. I'm one with this space while you are the odd one."
" This is Earth my home, family, person and everything. You can not understand this things because you are but a mere book. Yes! A mere book. The library and the bookshops is where you belong. You were created for the purpose of being read not to fight with the readers."
" My home gave me shelter and love that you can not obtain just by lazing around in here. " Ryan said as he reminisce his past memories as if it was yesterday.
" What about that? " The book asked confusedly.
" " When I asks Earth for help it answers, if it asks for my help I adhere. When I order, it follows my command without objection. Everything on it is part of me. " As he said those facts, every space started shaking like an occurrence of an earthquake of low magnitude. Then the surrounding spaces displaced and swapped chaotically while quivering rapidly with high magnitude .
The book was aghast as it watched towns, cities and mountains crumbling down. Forests swayed and animals run around in panic. There was chaos everywhere.
Everything commingled to life energy that flew towards the pendant like a flooded river forming a whirlpool around it. The pendant absorbed the energy ravenously like a bottomless hole forming his body slowly until the last strand of his hair was made.
" Ding "
" System rebooting..."
[ 9% ... 20% ... 50% ... 70% ... 100% ]
" Reboot successfully. "
" Analyzing the body..."
" Body has archived perfection by 10 percent..."
" The pendant has become the core of the body... can still evolve further. "
"This! What is the meaning of all these... I have to get out of here so I can see why I have changed to this extend. " He stopped the notifications that were confusion him at this crucial time as the space around him had become even more agitated.
The surrounding spaces warped and distorted at different angles as the supporting structures were absorbed by him.
Ryan walked towards the book unaffected by the chaotic space as if he was also a part of the dimension.
On the other hand, the book was constantly being twisted like an image in a swirled mass of water. It was almost absorbed together with the collapsed space into the abyss if not for him grabbing it at the last moment. This time it was not an illusion but it existed vividly.
