Chapter 9 - Exam(2&3)

"Since you completed the first test, now I need you to follow me so I can guide you to the second one," said the instructor, Kali, with a smile that contrasted with his dark skin.

"Pleasure to make your acquaintance...What's the second trial about?" Aiden inquired.

"Combat prowess," Kali replied.

"Ez then, hope they give me a fight," said Aiden with a crazed smile.

Kali observed Aiden, realizing that he was dealing with a battle maniac. "Damn, a battle maniac? I don't remember the last time one joined the academy. Hope he survives," Kali thought to himself.

Leading Aiden to a colosseum, Kali pointed and said, "This is where you will perform your second test. Good luck, boy, and don't die."

The Trial of Combat Prowess commenced with a blaring trumpet, signaling the start of the test. Aiden's senses heightened as he scanned the surroundings, preparing for any adversaries that might emerge. Suddenly, a group of combatants clad in dark armor emerged from the shadows, their faces concealed by menacing masks.

Without hesitation, Aiden activated his [Divine Sense], keenly aware of the threat before him.

The battle that followed was intense and fast-paced. Aiden's agility and mastery of his [Beastification] skill allowed him to evade the enemy's attacks with grace, while his [Hellfire] ability dealt devastating blows to his adversaries.

As the fight continued, Aiden's battle maniac side surfaced, a wild glint in his eyes. He reveled in the thrill of combat, embracing the adrenaline rush that coursed through his veins. Each strike of his fiery fists, each swipe of his talons, brought him closer to his ecstatic state.

The combatants were skilled, and they fought as a well-coordinated unit, trying to overwhelm Aiden with their combined strength. But they underestimated the fervor burning within him. With each adversary that fell, Aiden's battle maniac nature surged, driving him to push further, to fight harder.

Then Aiden lunged forward, his fists covered in scorching flames. He deftly dodged a sword swing, countering with a powerful uppercut that sent one of the combatants flying backward. The others closed in, surrounding him, but Aiden didn't falter. Instead, he unleashed his [Hellfire] in a brilliant display, engulfing several opponents in roaring flames.

His adversaries, however, were relentless. They regrouped, launching a coordinated assault. Aiden's [Beastification] talent proved crucial as he transformed his limbs into sharp talons, parrying their attacks with deadly precision with his legs.

The battle raged on, and Aiden's determination grew stronger with each passing moment. His strategic mind, honed by years of training and studies, allowed him to anticipate their moves and exploit their weaknesses. One by one, the combatants fell to his ferocity and ingenuity.

Finally, the last combatant fell, and the trumpet sounded again, signaling the end of the Trial of Combat Prowess. Aiden's heart swelled with pride as he caught his breath, knowing that he had passed this trial with flying colors.

The combatants started dissolving after the trumpet sound.

{So it was a cloning Gift or skill. Clever}, Aiden thought with a hint of satisfaction.

After a brief respite, Aiden was led to a secluded chamber by Kali for the last test. The room was shrouded in darkness, with only faint glimmers of light emanating from enigmatic symbols etched on the walls.

"You can refuse to do this test if you want. You can still be admitted to the academy without any problems," said Kali, giving Aiden the option to back out.

"Nah, I'll take them all," said Aiden confidently.

"If you say so."

As Aiden stepped inside, the door closed behind him, leaving him in total darkness. The silence was deafening, and the air was thick with anticipation. A single spotlight illuminated a pedestal in the center of the room, upon which sat a mysterious artifact.

A voice echoed through the chamber, presenting the challenge: "Examinee, to pass this trial, you must unlock the secrets of the Enigmatic Enclave. Solve the riddles and puzzles presented before you."

The Trial of the Enigmatic Enclave was a test of intelligence and wit, where examinees were faced with a series of mind-bending riddles and puzzles. Each correct answer would lead them one step closer to victory, while failure could result in dire consequences.

The riddles were complex, designed to challenge even the brightest minds. Aiden furrowed his brow as he pondered each enigma, drawing on his [Genius] intellect and his past experiences to unravel the mysteries. Time seemed to blur as he delved deeper into the puzzles, each answer bringing him closer to success.

In the midst of the trial, Aiden's mind was in a constant state of flux, his instincts guiding him through the labyrinth of enigmas. As he progressed, he couldn't help but admire the ingenuity behind the challenges presented before him.

Hours passed, and Aiden remained fully immersed in the Trial of the Enigmatic Enclave. The silence of the chamber was broken only by the sound of his voice as he whispered solutions and theories to himself.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the last puzzle was solved, and the chamber erupted in blinding light. The artifact on the pedestal glowed with a brilliant radiance, and the voice echoed once more, "Congratulations, Aiden Ouroboros. You have proven yourself worthy of the Noxus Academy."

{Man It was easier than I thought I hope to get better fights with the other students; talking about other students where are they?}
