Arthur wanted to relax… but there was a reason twelve Dark Spawn had been killed with next to no signs of trouble and yet one Dark Chief was still standing and commanding the attention of the entire battlefield.
There was a reason everyone was on edge with the tension getting too high for them to even breathe. There was a reason no one could take their eyes off the Dark Chief at the centre of the battle.
By his count, there were three Dark Spawn left… but something wasn't right. 'Kill the Dark Spawn, now…' Arthur's phoenix clawed at the insides of his core.
Arthur's heartbeat kicked into overdrive… 'What? Why?'
That's when he saw it. So far, the members of his group had been tasked with killing off the remaining Dark Spawn while the second-years dealt with the Dark Chief. Even then, this strategy had been adopted because of the way the Dark Chief had reacted to Arthur's presence.
