Arthur was momentarily stunned by the image of these two majestic Fire Creatures. Their vibrant feathers appeared well-sculpted to resemble an eternal blaze. Looking at them could easily convince one that they were always burning.
One of them stood above the other, its wings outstretched with tongues of flame retreating into the inner recesses of its feathers.
The other was much more subdued and had one wing tucked gently on the side while the other hung limply at the other side. It was injured badly… and from the looks of it, recovery was nowhere near.
This was the main reason for the concentric pillar of flames.
At that moment the pillar of flames went down, Arthur ignored the constant chaotic rumbling of the ground and darted for the Solaris wyrms, wrapping his arms around the injured one before gathering all the strength and a handsome amount of flame essence into his legs for one lightning-fast springy leap into the trees.
