The school already ended as I approached the library, I noticed my three adorable idols sitting near the window, engrossed in their textbooks.
"How should I approach this?"
A gentle approach should be good.
I walked towards their table and softly cleared my throat to get their attention. "Hey, how are you all doing? Studying hard?"
Sakura, Aoi, and Yui smiled back at me and nodded. Sakura spoke up first.
"Yeah, we're trying our best to catch up on the subjects. It's a bit challenging, but we're determined."
"That's good to know. May I ask what you guys are currently studying?"
In the center of the table, Aoi places the English textbook, Yui places her math textbook, and Sakura places her English textbook on top of Yui's math textbook.
Hmm, One math and Two English.
"Sorry, Kousei-kun."
"Hm? Why are you apologizing? I already agreed to help, right?"
"Wow~ Aren't you so gentle?" Sakura mischievously smirked at me.
"Haha, I'm just trying to help."
"Hehe, Kousei-san is kind," Yui whispered to herself. I could hear it faintly since the library was quiet.
"Now then, let's begin, shall we?"
the three nodded as we began the tutoring session in their respective subjects, taking two hours to teach them individually.
As I was teaching Aoi, I caught Sakura glancing towards me
"Hm? Sakura, do you need help?"
"Hmmm~ Nothing, Kousei-kun, you're truly kind~" She smirked, and a subtle blush adorned her cheeks.
"...Well, if there's something you need help with, I'll be there."
She paused for a bit and then. "By the way, Kousei-kun, do you have a crush?"
Aoi and Yui turned their attention to Sakura.
She's teasing me right now, isn't she?
I looked at Sakura and smiled. "Nope, I'm not interested at the moment."
"Hmm~ I see... No wonder you're not nervous when it comes to us."
Aoi widened her eyes and smirked at me. "Now that I think about it, Kousei-kun, do you realize that we're idols?"
I blankly looked at Aoi. "I'm not interested in idols."
The four of us fell into silence for a brief moment
Right now, I'm currently biting my tongue, It's all a lie! I'm actually interested in idols, Actually, you three are my oshis but I can't just reveal that can't I? I'll be a weirdo!
"Hmm~ So you're not interested in idols, huh..." She still wore that mischievous smirk.
"Y-Yeah." Slowly averting my eyes.
"T-then... you're still going to visit us at our live debut... right?" Yui asked, tugging at my uniform sleeve.
"O-of course! Haha, it's my chance to see why people love idols." I said, trying to put on a curious and boastful act on my face. <-- (Author Note: He didn't want to reveal his genuine interest and admiration for the idols.)
"Then..." Sakura stood up and walked towards me, leaning in close and whispering into my ear. "I'll make sure I become your one and only idol~"
My entire face turned red, and I slowly passed out, slumping onto the table.
"My my, he's so much fun to tease~" Sakura giggled mischievously.
Aoi let out a sigh. "You and your mischievous side. No wonder our fans sometimes faint during our live debuts. You truly are the Blushing Queen."
"Aoi-chan, please don't say that... Sometimes I regret making our fans pass out, you know?"
"Really? Well, unlike Yui-chan here, she has the power to make our fans fall in love with her."
"E-Eh?! N-No, not really..." Yui stammered, hiding her face behind her textbook.
"Anyway, let's wait for Kousei-kun to wake up."
A few minutes passed, and Yui hesitantly spoke up.
"U-Umm... now that I think about it... Isn't it time for Kou-kun to start streaming?"
Aoi and Sakura exchanged glances and then nodded simultaneously. "Ah, that's right..." the two of them said in agreement.
"Maybe he has something to do?"
"W-Well, it is rumored that Kou-kun is still a high school student," Aoi stammered, her cheeks turning red.
Sakura wore a mischievous expression once again. "Hmm~ Aoi-chan... Did you perhaps join the Kou-kun fan server on Discord?"
"N-Not really... My friends who like Kou-kun suggested that I join the server for news and updates... t-that's all," Aoi replied, still blushing.
"My~ My~ Don't worry, Aoi-chan. I sometimes stalk Kou-kun's official page." Sakura proudly raised her thumb, boasting about her dedication.
"Don't brag about it, idiot."
"Well... We're all hardcore fans of Kou-kun after all~" Yui chimed in, her smile evident as she continued to read her textbook.
"That's right." Aoi agreed, her blush still present.
"After all, isn't he the one who helped us during our very, very, very first debut?"
"Oh? Sakura-chan, you still remember that?"
"Of course!" Sakura replied with a smile, her mischievous nature shining through.
The three of them smiled and returned to reading their textbooks, unaware that I was actually awake and pretending to be passed out. I could hear their conversation clearly. Truth be told, I didn't remember helping them during their debut, but I was glad that "Kou-kun" had made a positive impact on their lives.
Time passed as the four of us finished our review session. As we left the library, I made my way to the bicycle parking area and hopped onto my bike, pedaling towards the gate.
However, just as I was about to leave, I heard someone calling my name. "Kousei-kun."
Surprised, I hit the brakes and turned around to see who it was.
"Aoi-san? What's wrong?" I asked as she walked up to me.
"Thank you for teaching us," she said with gratitude.
"Oh, that? It's nothing," I replied modestly.
"Here you go~" Aoi handed me a ticket.
"Oh, it's a ticket... Front seat?!"
"Yep~ That way, we'll see each other again," Aoi said, wearing a playful smile.
"But the front seat... Are you sure? Isn't this like ¥30,000?!"
"Hehe, that's right! But thanks to you, we were able to catch up on the material for Monday's quiz."
"Ahh, I see."
The two of us fell into a brief silence...
"Now then, I've got to go!" Aoi exclaimed, making her way toward a black car. A man in a suit opened the door for her, and she got in before the door was closed and the car drove away.
I stood at the gate, still holding the front seat ticket in my hand. "Front seat... I'm so lucky... Holy sh*t..." I muttered to myself, a mix of astonishment and excitement filling my thoughts.
I pedaled as fast as I could, eager to reach home. Time flew by, and soon enough, I arrived at my house. I quickly parked my bike to the side and opened the front door, where I was greeted by my little sister.
"Onii~ Okaeri~" ("Okaerinasai (おかえりなさい)" or "Okaeri (おかえり)are responses to Tadaima. The translation of those words is "welcome home.")
"I'm home...!"
I'm home!" I replied with a smile.
She looked at me curiously, her eyes scanning me from head to toe, and then her gaze fell upon the ticket in my hand. "O-Onii... Is that a front-seat ticket?!"
Oh, sh*t.
"Oh, uh... I got it... as a lucky draw!" I hid the ticket behind my back.
"Onii! How did you get that ticket?!" she demanded, glaring at me with a pout while placing her hands on her hips.
"Ahaha~ I won it, you know! Anyway, I gotta go!" I said as I rushed upstairs to my room.
"Hey! Onii! You have some explaining to do!" she shouted after me, but I managed to close and lock the door to my room just in time.
Phew, that was a close call... I completely forgot that Nazuna is also a hardcore fan of the LuckyStar Idols.
Niimi Nazuna is a younger sister of mine. She's a 15-year-old junior high school student. She is also a fan of LuckyStar Idol.
"I should take a shower and start streaming..."
