"Zephi...Melodious...my loves," I said softly, stepping into the room and locking eyes with her. I knew that both of them were there. "I know this is unexpected, but we need to talk."
As I approached, her tears welled up in her eyes, and then they fogged over to white and then stained pink. I reached out and slowly placed my hand on her cheek and then slowly kissed her.
"Zephi... you have been busy," I said slowly, and she nodded at me.
"I was lucky to become attached to this one, and she has been very cooperative. I hope you reward her well when the time comes," she said but then tipped her head at me. "Something is different about you, my King."
I smiled and then kissed her forehead. "This shell was weak and useless from what I can see, but it is much different than the others. I had been so disgusted with myself that I had torn my face off, hoping to rid myself of that weakness," I said, pulling back and sitting on the bed beside her.
"But?" She asked, and I sighed.
"Every time, it is always the weak human that ends up getting you all. The Verse always uses them to hunt us, and they have monsterized all monsters. I don't even think that is a word, but you know what I mean, right?" I asked, scratching my three balls.
"So then, what is it that you plan to do this time? Will you work with the humans and unite everyone against the Verse?"
I snorted. "Yeah, that sounds noble, but it's a pipe dream. While some might help us, what I want is for everyone to fight the real monsters and stop calling creatures like Galor a monster. This name, monster, is what is causing the problem, and that is the Verse's fault. They are the ones labeling them as monsters."
"You expect the humans and monsters to get along?"
"Aye. And they will. I have spent too much time hunting them and then hunting me. We, as monsters, see our power as our dominance over other monsters, but mostly over humans because they are so many, and we see them so weak. Therein lies the problem with the humans and why they keep getting to you all. They are ingenious, and the more of them there are, the more adaptive they become. They always seem to be able to figure out ways around things, unlike us, who just use the abilities that we have to their fullest potential. I am tired of fighting against that."
"Not all of them will agree."
"They never do," I said and then sighed. "How many times have we done this and lost? How many more horror and split dimensions are we going to create before this is all over?"
"We do this because of what they all did to us!" Zephilia hissed, and I placed my hand on hers.
"I know, my love, but those humans are long dead. They live for such a short existence, and that was far too long ago. I do not wish to forget you again or watch you die one more time. This time, things must be different, so still, your raging heart. We will have our vengeance," I said, and she slowly relaxed.
"I trust in you as you have always believed in me and our love. This is going to take time, and I have been a burden on your new Queen for some time now. I will go to sleep, but I will awake for the Heart Forging. I am interested to see what will happen this time, but this one has served me well, so reward her thoroughly," Zephilia said, and then I kissed her one last time before she retreated to the core of Melodious to release her body from her will.
As I pulled back, Melodious gasped, and her eyes cleared to show her bright burning pupils. I still held her face in my hands and could feel her body heat up. She was a synergy Demon that had linked with me the first night I was reborn, and now she needed a connection.
"My... King," She said slowly, her breathing heavy.
Instead of answering, I pulled her into a deep and passionate kiss. Our connection was as strong as ever, and I could feel her desperation for this moment – for our bond to be reaffirmed after everything that had transpired.
As our lips danced together and our bodies grew closer, a spark of energy passed between us. Melodious moaned into the kiss, the sensation overwhelming but intoxicating all the same.
Finally, when we broke apart for air, I gazed deeply into her fiery eyes, taking in the emotions swirling within them. "Melodious," I whispered softly, my voice filled with love and devotion. "Thank you for helping Zephilia, for understanding and supporting her through this difficult time. I promise to cherish and love you as much as I do her."
A single tear slipped down from her eye, quickly evaporating from the heat of her skin. "I am honored to serve you, my King, and to share your love with one such as Zephilia."
We spent some more tender moments reconnecting physically and emotionally. We used our mouths to pleasure each other, and we were both brought to orgasm at the same time. Both of us drank deeply of the other Erotic Essence, bringing our connection even closer.
Once done, I laid back and pulled her into my arms, her body fully demonic now but also cooled down after receiving my essence. This would help her remain calm and collected so she could tend to more of her role as my Queen.
"Thank you for that. Between Zephilia's desires and my own, I could barely control myself. While I know she was your first, I still thank her every day for picking me to be your Queen in flesh and spirit," Melodious whispered, her voice filled with gratitude and love.
I smiled warmly at her, running a hand through her silky hair. "And I thank the heavens for bringing us together. You are my Queen, just as much as Zephilia is. Both of you hold equal places in my heart."
As we lay there, entwined in each other's embrace, a sense of peace washed over me. For the first time in what felt like an eternity, things seemed to be on the right track. We still had many challenges ahead – dealing with Lachlan, facing the Council of Verse, and forging new bonds between humans and monsters... but with my Queens by my side and our love as strong as ever, I knew that we could face whatever came our way.
Together, we would change this world for the better – not just for ourselves, but for all those who called it home. And nobody, neither human nor monster, would stand in our way.
