"Damn it," Daniel forcefully slammed his phone to the ground with force, veins bulging on his neck and forehead in anger.
Bam-
"SH-" Daniel's words stuck in his throat as Ania picked up his phone, her face covered in black lines.
"Call the seer again," Ania said through gritted teeth, her voice laced with anger.
Daniel was irritated, "It isn't connecting from here."
"You know it's probably not Lucas. He is a nice guy; he must be as angry as us." Daniel opened his mouth again and sighed heavily, realizing Ania was still in a terrible mood.
"Lucas doesn't have the power to order the union around," Daniel added, knowing that Ania had been crushing on Lucas for the past two years she worked here after leaving the union.
Ania pursed her lips. She knew what Daniel said was right. It couldn't possibly be Lucas, but it also couldn't be the four leaders.
