Hours have passed and their discussion have been fruitful. Everyone get to share their ideas. They argue, they make up, then they make their ideas better by combining it together.
A few more hours and the curriculums they have designed are more than ready to be implemented.
"Argh~ My back! Finally, we're done~" Prince Maxigaufeas stretched his arms out and twist side by side to exercise his back.
"Let's have a break. To thank everyone for coming and contributing, I called my Chancellor Titania to cook dishes for us---"
"HELL YEAH! TITANIA'S IN THE HAWZZZ! Wooh! Good food!" Lord Thirdy party and threw high fives with the Prince who's sitting right beside him. Then they turn to Valor with their hands, waiting for high fives.
He lift his hands and gave them one, "Yey."
"We can continue our discussion later. Wattroid, please lead everyone to the rooftop. I'll go check on my people and see how they're doing," Watts ordered as he stand up, organizing the files on the table before passing them to the Headmaster's secretary.
"I'll go with you," his brother said and pulled him out before their parents could come next. He even smirked at them.
"So fucking childish. Can't I just put that bitch back to my womb?" Franchetti Xerene fumed and threw her back against the back rest.
They could only sigh.
"Maybe he absorbed the darkness and evilness in you and poof, he's become like that," her husband shared and she frowned.
The Axeores packed up and went ahead first with their knights and servants. That became the cue for others to follow so they can have the lunch and dinner they deserve. Though Watts's staff gave out snacks to them, they're light and what they needed is something heavy and delicious.
Prince Maxigaufeas pulled Princess Eowyne to his side to walk with his circle. Lord Thirdy sent his friends meaningful stares, pertaining about the sassy lady behind them, reviewing her sketches and catalog. Who else would it be other than Miss President Mirren?
"Crown Miss President, Lord Thirdy wants you to walk beside him---"
The Lord instantly threw his arms around Valor and locked his neck with it.
"Shh! Do you really have to say it out loud!?" He scolded his friend in a strong whisper, but the lady heard it anyway.
"Sorry. Please, stop. I'll bite you," Valor, so nonchalant.
"Just bite him," said Miss President who is now standing beside them, beside the Lord, but is looking straight to their way.
The Lord felt how his blood rush to his head. She's close that he could smell her womanly scent. Not so sweet, kind of strong, but lasts. His breathing became unstable and so does his heartbeat. His hands are getting sweaty and so nervous for no reason.
"President~"
Princess Ceto came and forced herself between the Lord and Valor. She shove the Lord aside to get herself enough space to fit in. Therefore, he lost balance. He thought he was going to fall but Miss President was quick to support his body with her hands.
"Do you really need to push him?" Miss President furrowed her brows at the Princess. Because of the incident, they stopped. She stopped first to confront the Princess and for the Lord to recollect himself.
"Push him?" The Princess snaked her arms around Valor. Just standing there, letting the Princess touch him. He's used to it, but he's still uncomfortable. He can't refuse her because she's a Princess of the Five Oceans.
The Princess looked at the lady from her head to her toe then snickered, "I did him a favor. Did he not? Human pests." Then she belittled the Lord, a human, with her disgusted stares.
"Ceto Atlanta," Miss President called her name in a warning. The Princess let Valor's hand go and closed the distance between them. She pushed Miss President's head using her finger.
Prince Maxigaufeas rolled his eyes.
"Mind you, you're below me in every way. A pest, below the ranks, and not that special. You look so basic. Do you think your fashion sense is 'cool'? And you're still doing fashion designing? Ha! Trying hard to be your mother, aren't we?"
Lord Thirdy pushed her back and used his frame to shield Miss President from her.
"What the---!?" The Princess almost fell but her octopus familiar helped her not to.
"How dare you, puny human!?" She summoned another familiar, a red jellyfish. Sparking with electricity, in its bloodlust mode.
Prince Maxigaufeas looked at his woman, asking her what he should do. No, he's asking her permission to punch Ceto Atlanta's face for talking shit about his friends.
"Stop them," Princess Eowyne ordered him, so he gave her a salute and left her for a moment to take his friends' side.
He opened his palm along the way, summoning a gun. And when he stopped in front of her, he pointed the gun right to her head.
"Back out. There are surveillance cameras around us. And there are other people watching. Do you think this won't reach Watts's ears?"
The Princess gritted her teeth, "How dare you threaten me, chimera! Then tell him! You think it'll be my lost? I have control over the Five Oceans---"
Their gasps filled the hallway when the Princess suddenly become frozen. Literally. She became a block of ice!
"I have control over the Five Oceans! What it do? I can freeze it," mocked Skadi Eira before passing them by, on a wheelchair, being pushed by Celia.
The four followed them with their jaws dropping to the floor, too shocked to speak.
The ushers led them to the venue of the dinner party. Skadi Eira raised her hand to stop Celia, so she stand up and levitated to where the busy Titania is; doing wonders by herself as the others watch her cook.
"Nice. Where's my part?"
The people jumped in fright and stared at her with wide eyes.
Their eyes better not be fooling them.
His Equal, the 'rumored' and famous Divine Almighty, standing right in front of them!?
"What are you doing here?" Titania asked her with cool and flipped the meat to the other side.
"Tell her, Celia." She wiped her drool and gulped, then drooled again the more she watch the food Titania is preparing.
"We visited your restaurant. She wanted a private session with you, but the staff told us that you were asked to be here, so we followed you all the way here."
Skadi Eira nodded. She wiped her drool again.
Titania sighed hopelessly. She glide to the side to get a clean spoon. She feed the child in front of her. Just a taste.
Skadi Eira squirmed. Her eyes are twinkling.
"Give it to me. Now!"
"No. This is not for you alone. This for everyone."
"If I kill 'everyone', then that would be mine?"
They shivered in fear when they saw the look on her face aside from what she said. She's smiling plainly that it didn't even reached the corners of her eyes. Though it sound like she's joking, they can't take a joke from a higher being seriously, right?
Titania gave her a brief glance before continuing her work.
"Go on. I won't cook for you anymore. Your loss, not mine. Your Divine Almighty."
Then Skadi Eira laughed out loud, giving Titania head pats.
"You're so funny. Do you have a pet?"
"Pet?"
Skadi Eira nodded, "Uh-huh. The one that follows you around. Like Celia. She's my pet. I order her around."
Celia bowed a little to agree.
"---And I have another pet. She's very little. My Eggo. She's looking after Gerson Liorei with my gold-laying goose. Then his ugly daughter looks after my Eggo," she added with a grin and chuckles. Titania noticed something different. An emotion so excited and...loving?
She ignored what she seen and transferred the steak to another plate to make a new one.
"If you mean a familiar, I don't have. Humans can't have one."
"Why?"
"First, we don't have a Core Essence. Second, we're not from this world. Third, Ancients hated the idea that we're making ourselves feel at home too much, so they don't want us to see us trying to fit in too much. Fourth, we can't summon familiars or even make one because there are certain requirements to be met."
Skadi Eira nodded. She just heard what Titania said. She's focused on the food she's making, drooling.
"Your Divine Almighty, it's unsightly to drool before the eyes of your people,"
"Oh, yeah? Then gouge your eyes out. Am I supposed to be the one who adjusts?"
Then they looked away.
Skadi Eira looked at Celia, so she brought her wheelchair to her. She sat down.
"I'll make you one. In return, make the best you can make for me. If I liked it, I'll make you a familiar. If not, I'll make you my familiar."
Everyone's eyes widened then, including the always-chill-Titania. She only returned to herself when the meat sizzled so she turned it to the other side.
"U-Uhmm... Ahem. That's..."
Celia pushed Skadi Eira to where the long table is. She pulled the chair on the aisle and checked if the cushions are comfortable. She find it not, so she asked Watts's staff to get her another furniture for the picky higher being.
Since the wheelchair is lower than the table, those who were seated could see her so small. She looks grumpy, scrunching her nose at everyone she doesn't know and never seen.
Until her eyes met the Axeore's who are looking at her with wonder. They heard the rumors. Yes, it reached their Empire. They didn't expect that they will meet her. Their father is somehow interested to this 'Deity', but he corrected them by using the proper name, 'His Equal'.
Their father, the Emperor, is among those who first lived. One of the few people who is still alive to this day, born since the beginning. Their father is the longest Emperor who ever lived. Though he knew lots, he's tight-lipped. He doesn't want to talk about the past and that must be why he isolated their Empire from the others.
"Heh. Red hair. Fuck you!" Skadi Eira gave them the middle finger. Celia panicked and anxiously put her hand down.
The witnesses didn't know what to react. It felt illegal that they got to see it, but also curious why His Equal is beefing with the Axeorean siblings.
"Y-Your Divine Almighty, please behave."
Skadi Eira smacked Celia's hand away from hers.
"His Equal seem to dislike us. What must we do to make up with you? We wish to not make His Equal our enemy," Prince Aleoxolt heart-warmingly declared, with one hand placed to his chest.
"What's your problem and you're beefing with kids?" Franchetti Xerene couldn't help but butt in.
"Kids? You call them 'kids'?" Skadi Eira scoffed, "Bitch, they're way older than your first ancestor. They your gran'ma and gran'pa. Don't call them kids. That's so weird!"
Princess Nafreaia breathes deeply to compose herself.
"We are not looking for a fight. I hope Crown Watts will take responsibility for this. His Equal is openly insulting us in his territory."
"And why would he take responsibility for what I did? He's not my father. I don't have a father."
The Princess smiled gracefully, "That must be why you're so rude and disrespectful. Nobody raised you to be a good person."
That pushed a different button.
Her memories may be hazy, but her nerves are tingling and so her ring around her head. They're no different from the Vernignacs she hates so much. She wouldn't be so spiteful otherwise.
"You killed HIM."
Goosebumps and chills scratched their flesh when her eyes glow brighter than the moonlight over their heads. There is a distant sound of rumbling, the entire building quaking. A hole opened in the sky, revealing the cosmic space light years away.
Princess Nafreaia, for the very first time, felt fear.
Watts Xirquit arrived at the scene with his friends and brother. The moment they told him about her attendance, they immediately went to the rooftop and this is what welcomed them.
Their people want to do something, but they were frozen in fear. Therefore, they couldn't appease His Equal while others brace themselves for the consequences.
"You Axeorean rats began all of this. You sacrificed HIM. You and those traitorous families! He gave you everything---power, lands, beauty---BUT YOU FED HIM TO THOSE VEILS!"
She slammed her hands against the table. Her ice spread throughout the material, going to the Axeores with spikes pointing against their necks, hearts, and face.
A sword... There's an enormous sword descending from the open sky.
