The car was warm but Chen Xi still took out a blanket from the cabinets. Lin Ye took it and wrapped herself up.
Chen Xi also opened another cabinet to reveal different kinds of snacks. Lin Ye immediately pounced on them! "You are so considerate, I love you so much!"
The colorful bags made her extremely happy. Chen Xi scoffed, "The last time someone almost swallowed me for not having any snacks in the car, how could i repeat the same mistake?"
Lin Ye turned around guiltily. Her mouth was full of potato crisps that she could not even speak well. Chen Xi saw how cute she looked and left her with a sigh. Lin Ye turned around happily and continued to munch on her snacks greedily.
The car ride was silent but an air of harmony hung around the two. Chen Xi put the car on auto so that he could speak to Lin Ye freely, "How did the meeting go?"
