Zagreus was on edge with his hands on his sword as he watched the scene unfold. He had never seen a Titan like this, let alone one as powerful as Cronus. And Lucien was willing to risk it all for his desires.
Gabriel's eyes remained glued to the flames that scorched everything. "This is madness. Why did Lucien do this?" Gabriel wondered out loud.
Zagreus shrugged, gazing back at the inferno with interest. "Power corrupts, and Lucien wanted it more than anything else."
Gabriel shuddered, wrapping his arms around himself as he watched the flames eat away at everything in their path. "But at what cost? This will destroy everything."
Zagreus couldn't respond; he knew that defeating Lucien wasn't the primary objective anymore; it was Cronus, and he had to let everyone know.
