"You certainly look good in that dressing gown!" Noel said to Frank.
He smiled lovingly.
"Should I consider wearing dresses, Then?" he jokingly said.
Noel laughed. "I think you should! Haha!"
"I am excited!"
"I see you are over the moon! Why so?" Noel asked but she needed not. She was the reason for his happiness. The two had been growing font of one another since they got back together.
Frank came and sat beside her on their bed. He took her hand into his. After looking at her he heaved a sigh.
"So, tomorrow is the day!" He said looking at her. She smiled and moved closer to him. She looked into his eyes and saw some unsettled thoughts.
"Yes honey! Are you troubled about It?"
"No! It's just that somehow am not so sure of what am supposed to Do, especially after this!" Frank responded honestly.
"But Frank, we take every step at a time. Let us just do what is expected of us and live each day as it is presented to us! Besides, after tomorrow, no matter where you will be, you will always have a part of me with you!"
Frank thought about this and heaved another sigh of relief. The following day was the integration day! This was a very important step for the both of them.
It would be a moment when the two truly become one. A moment when part of her soul would eternally be integrated with his soul and so wherever he would go he will be with her. This was something unique, happening only between the two. Furthermore, it was one of the most crucial necessities for the princess to firmly establish her authority in Amarkale when crowned queen. Her integration to the long prophesied Prince held a key to many new dimensions.
But what was of more importance was the initiation of a new era on this world too. Just as they established the N.U.R.O SYSTEM on earth by the activation of the medallion, their integration was bound to establish a new reign in Amarkale. Nobody knew how it will look like, but Noel or as She was known in this planet, Nila has to be on the throne for the prophecy to run its full course.
"Besides," Noel spoke again in a further attempt to reassure Frank, "You already got the system, I believe it has been quite helpful to you," she said.
"You mean, didn't you also receive It? I mean, we were together when we activated the medallion!" It had just dawned on him that he could be the only one with the system and he was shocked.
"No I didn't receive the system. But I received something else!" Noel answered simply and let her words linger. She liked wetting his curiosity this much. She almost laughed out loud seeing the confused then curious eyes of Frank.
"Alright! Alright! I will tell you!" she began and laughed off.
"Remember when we were on that hill and the Dark Lord struck for the first time? That was the moment you, Frank, really initiated the new world order called the New Universal Reign Order. It was your call to do that, my role was just facilitating you to reach there. That is when you received the system while at the same time I was magically teleported back to Amarkale.
But your activation of the new world order also activated something in me that was hidden. Consider it like a treasure box. It is a perceptive ability that was long passive in me that you awoke. It is like a jar of hidden knowledge that I suddenly found and drank It!" she explained.
"A jar of knowledge? Knowledge about what?"
"Almost everything but mostly concerning your mission and this kingdom which I am to rule while I await your return from the far future!" Noel answered in a rather simple way as if she was talking about common knowledge. But Frank was finding everything she said to be quite incredible.
"What can you tell me about my future mission?" he asked.
"Don't worry Frank. That is the reason why you have to integrate my soul with yours. I will be speaking to you just as that artificial intelligence you have in you. You shall be asking me anything and I will reveal to you!"
"Whoa! This is awesome!" Frank clapped his hands and stood up. "Is such a thing really possible?" he asked.
"Just you wait for the integration event tomorrow!"
"I still wonder, how long will it be before we be together physically again after the integration of your soul?"
"There is a factor about time that i need to explain to you. You are going to traverse many worlds and various time dimensions. But I need you to know that part of your mission will involve resetting or restoring time!"
"What is that?"
"Sometimes back the flow of time was interfered with in all the planets. In one time was frozen making it to go faster in another planet as it slowed down on the other. Your mission will involve identifying and restoring this abnormalities!"
Frank scratched his head as it dawned on him. The magnitude of his mission was just beginning to unfold before him. He had not even began his mission as the destined saviour!
"Frank," suddenly her voice trembled as she called him. He startled out of his trance.
"Yes my love," he responded and came to hold her.
"I wanted you to know this before you leave for another mission after integration," she said and somehow her voice was unstable.
Frank looked at her. She bit her lips and suddenly her eyes glowed. She placed her hands on his shoulders as she spoke again, more slowly this time.
"I am carrying your baby!" she mumbled.
