Outside the King's main chambers, the two lords walked briskly to the side, Goshepa walking ahead and followed in quick steps by Geosefas.
"Here! I think we are safe here! Now tell me what is this urgent matter that you have just been informed."
"You can't believe it Lord Goshepa!" began Geosefas, excitedly.
"Try me Lord Geosefas! You have worked up my curiosity to its limit!"
"Well, I will keep you waiting no more. I have just been reliably informed that the legendary Prince Folan has just appeared!"
"What! Where? Is he on this planet already?"
"Oh Yes! I am quite certain!"
"No! This can't be!" Goshepa said.
"Am sorry what did you say?" Geosefas asked, taken aback. "Don't you believe me?"
"No! I mean, why was it you that was just informed of this historic paramount occurrence? Why not the Old Wise seer? Why just you!" Goshepa was unusually harsh.
"Oh now you look down upon me? No problem! But I have been informed simply because the Prince appeared right inside my house!"
"What! Inside your house? Ho!ho!ho!" Goshepa sarcastically laughed at Geosefas. "Who do you think you are. I suppose you are only making this up to gain fame! Or you are only trying to pull strings to ensure that strange little girl is crowned queen!"
"Do I look like I am joking? Can my own wife use our high class emergency communication system just to pull a prank on me?"
"What! So indeed your wife is the one who called you up on this. It must be serious then!"
"It is you pessimist!" an irate Geosefas scoffed and walked away. He needed to get to the princess as fast as possible. Leaving, he didn't notice the ugliest face of Lord Goshepa just then. He could have seen that right at that moment Goshepa had so alarmingly ran towards his chambers as if he was on fire!
Meanwhile, Geosefas re-entry into the King's chambers caught the attention of The Old Seer. The princess was long gone to her chambers. She was in extremely bad moods.
"What is it Lord Geosefas?" The seer asked.
"I beg to approach your worship! It is a very confidential matter!"
"Then approach. Knights, leave us!" The seer ordered the guards and they left the chambers. There were now only two people in that vast chamber. Geosefas walked as close as he possibly could to the seer and whispered to him.
"Ah Lord Geosefas, I don't think there is need to whisper. Just speak up we are all alone!"
"Well then," Geosefas said and narrated everything to the seer. After a while the seer spoke.
"Are you sure of these things Lord Geosefas?"
"Yes, Your worship!"
"Very well. Retire to your chambers and do not share this information with anyone! None whatsoever! You are dismissed."
The last instruction struck Geosefas and he hesitated. He wanted to tell the seer that he had spoken to Goshepa about it.
"No need, just forget it. He is my fellow noble man, after all," Geosefas concluded and left the chambers without saying anything more. All the nobles had their abode within the palace during this important moment in history.
"I will speak to the princess in the morning!" The Old Seer said and went his own way toward his chambers.
In Springhill castle, Frank had asked the ladies to rise and asked to be left alone.
"I have a lot to think about, please allow me to retire to my room. See you in the morning," Frank said and left.
The girls rose up and looked at one another.
"Just think of It!" Amila began. "I can't believe we were right all along that he was a noble! He is our future king, the one prophesied that will come from the time beyond! And he has come just at the right time!"
"But Amila," Ana called and hesitated. Her sister looked at her quizzically. She swallowed hard before continuing.
"There is a part of that prophecy that we have never been told, but I read it. It is about Prince Folan!"
Amila's senses were roused once again.
"Tell me Ana! What is It!" she almost cried out.
Ana spoke in almost a whisper.
"I read that when Prince Folan appears, the first people he would come in contact with would be his two sisters!"
"What?"
"And the two sisters would take him up to their father's house!"
"Stop it Ana! Are you serious?" Amila found this to be too much.
"But our mum has never told us if we had an elder brother!"
"Neither has dad!"
"Shall we ask mam about It?"
"No! Not now. Let us talk to her about it tomorrow!" Amila finally decided.
In the palace that night the princess could not sleep. She kept pacing around her chambers for several minutes. Her maidservants came in but she sent them away immediately. Finally she sat down on her bed and inhaled deeply.
"Frank, come to me darling! It has been too long and too lonely here without you!" she said. "I need you now, please be here soon!"
Then she slept.
