Maya's eyes widened. Her hands trembled but she held the bottle tightly. It was now filled with golden substance that shone brighter than gold.
"Oh lord! Oh goodness! Oh my god" she touched the bottle again and again as if this would pass the divinity in her.
Her eyes filled with tears while her lips were arched in the biggest smile the little girl had ever seen.
She stared at the bottle in awe too.
"Is she the goddess mother?" the goddess they pray to?
But she looked weak. She was so thin and frail that she slept while waiting. How could she be a goddess?
"Darling. Will you go and call all the elders? We need to inform everyone." the little girl finally took her gaze away from the woman and nodded her head.
