Note: Edited - 22/09/23 Changed the title of this chapter and the previous one. Tricking the Trickster will be the title of the next chapter instead. Also fixed grammar issues, edited dialogue, and updated the prose. Enjoy.

A thrill ran through me at seeing this discovery. I just wasn't sure if it was a good thrill or the warning sort of tingle I got when shit was about to hit the fan.
The two snakes circling each other forming an S-like pattern with each snake biting the tail of the other was one of the most famous symbols in the realmsverse. Topped only by the valknut that only Divah and I knew how to wield correctly, and the hammer that symbolized the most famous god among the Aesir. Ironically, the twin snakes stood for the aforementioned thunder god's adopted brother, the 'Serpent One Cannot Trust,' the 'Unmentionable One,' the 'Father of Tricks,' the 'King of Lies,' the 'God of Mischief,' and a bunch of other titles I dared not mention.
