Emanuel drove down the road , the sound of his engine roaring echoed throughout the silent neighborhood. He parked his car close to his apartment building and came out, his shoes clicked against the pavement rhythmically as he walked. He soon stopped outside the apartment building where he lived in. The streetlights illuminated the small alleyway that led to his apartment, casting shadows on the ground.
From the balcony Sebastian could see Emanuel approaching the door.
Emanuel opened the door and walked in. He walked into their room and slumped unto the bed.
"I have had a long day, " he mumbled to
himself.
Sebastian looked at him and said, "carrying out errands for Esmeralda."
Emanuel rose his head and glared at Sebastian. Sebastian tilted his head and asked, "What? I know everything."
"You were snooping through my things again, huh?" Emanuel asked.
