But suddenly—
"-------!"
Gale's body stiffened as something caught his attention from the corner of his eye. Without thinking, he grabbed Suga's arm, pulling him closer. His gaze snapped back to the direction that had set off his instincts.
He was sure—just moments ago, someone had been watching them from the restaurant building. But now, there was no one in sight.
"I think we should call a driver," Gale said, his voice steady but firm. The casual ease from before had vanished.
"What about our bikes?"
"I'll have someone pick them up later."
"Why so suddenly?"
Suga's puzzled expression didn't waver, but Gale remained quiet for a moment. Years as a bodyguard had honed his instincts to the point where he never questioned them. He had no proof, indeed—no visible threat in sight right now—but when the alarm in his head went off, he never ignored it.
"It's for your safety."
