As Brain took a defensive stance, Miles' facial expressions gave him goosebumps. Although he hadn't had a real fight with Miles yet, in the last fifteen minutes he discovered what Miles was capable of doing.
Brian was also nervous because Miles was crafty in such situations and as he expected Miles launched a lightning blast at him unannounced. However, he didn't move an inch from where he stood.
A large solid wall rock erected from the ground and blocked the the lightning blast but the impact caused the wall to crack into pieces. The debris cleared away and revealed the smug look on Brian's face. "I'm not that dumb, Miles. Did you think I would fall for the same trick twice?" Brian said with a smirk.
A smile spread across Miles' face back at Brian as he replied. "It's really encouraging to know that you're learning so quickly, but let's see if you can continue to keep up with the pace when you're under pressure."
