"Wow, I always heard of cases where people summon demons however I never thought it was true. It was like a sort of myth, a legend even. Even so, who could've thought that the lord of hell himself would be summoned here," said Yosel in a rather surprised tone.
"That's not really important right now. Moreover, you probably shouldn't announce that I'm with Arthur, unless you want the world to end soon," said Lucifer.
"But can't you just kill the previous council of sorcery? I mean you're Lucifer after all. There's nothing that you shouldn't be able to do," said Yosel as he tried to figure out why Lucifer insisted on sticking to Arthur instead of killing the previous council of sorcery.
"If I could, I would have done it by now. You should already know that I'm not supposed to be here. My existence in this world is a forbidden thing. I'm only here because of the ones that summoned me here. However since I'm not on their side, they probably would want to send me back to hell which is pretty easy for them since they're the ones who cast the spell to bring me here. However, they also have a reason not to do that. That being because if they send me back, all their efforts would have gone to waste. Specially after they spent all those years getting those 1 million souls to summon me. As such, the best they can do is hunt me down until they find me then they will try to take be back and forcibly place me back into the body of their leader which I would not prefer," Lucifer explained.
"I feel like I'm missing something. Wouldn't the leader of the organization be much more evil and sinister than Arthur? Since that's the case, wouldn't you two be a good fit?" Yosel asked to which Lucifer shook his head in disappointment.
"No, not at all actually, you see, a soul is the entire history of a creature. From the day of their birth to what they are in the present. You see, at one point in my life I was not what you would deem sinister and evil. As for the leader of the previous council of sorcery, he had been born with a genetic defect which causes him to think of the most horrible things imaginable. Since the day he was born, he was nothing less than evil and caused as much damage as he possibly could. Although our goals are similar now, our origins are very different. As for Arthur, he started off pure just like me, however as the years passed, his hatred for humanity grew because of the way you treated him. My job now is to nurture him until we're fully compatible and once that's done, I'll absorb his soul and use this body to do as I please," Lucifer explained.
"I guess that makes sense, well, at least you'll get rid of the previous council of sorcery. As for taking over Arthur's body, that's a matter for another time. Now that I've covered that, we have more important matters to tend to so please stop possessing him for now," said Yosel to which Lucifer said nothing and took his leave.
…
"I'm assuming you could hear that," said Yosel to which Arthur decided to stay quiet as he was still getting crushed by the added weights on him.
"How much weight did you add to these cloths? I literally can't even move a single muscle and if I try, I feel like it'll break the rest of my bones which are already heavily damaged," said Arthur.
"It's actually not that much, it's only about 5 hundred thousand pounds each for a total of 1 million pounds," said Yosel casually.
"Are you insane? Do you wish to kill me or something? Do you think that you'd be able to carry all this weight?" Arthur asked to which Yosel began to laugh.
"Of course not, what do I look like? A super human?" Yosel said while laughing.
"Then why the hell are you making me carry this?! If you can't do it, why should I be forced to do it?" Arthur asked while irritated to which Yosel took a more serious stance before crouching so that he was at Arthur's eye level as if he was preparing to say something important and motivational.
"Because I want to," said Yosel to which Arthur began to grit his teeth so hard that blood was coming out of his mouth.
"Why you?! I'll make you pay for everything you've done to me," said Arthur while putting all his might into getting up from the ground. Although all he could do was barely lift his right hand off the ground before the weight got too much him and he was forced to go back to being stuck to the ground.
"What was that you were saying again?" Yosel said while mocking Arthur.
"You know what, I'm sorry," said Arthur to which Yosel began to feel bad.
"It's all right, there's no need to apologize. I'm just joking around, this training is so that you can grow even stronger than me and take your place as the strongest sorcerer in this world. You might even be crowned the lord of sorcery if you train hard enough," said Yosel as he continued to sympathize with Arthur.
"I'm sorry… that I'll destroy this island," Arthur said as he finished his sentence.
"Tier 9 Spell: King's Ice Parade"
Using his spell, Arthur began to create thousands of icicle tridents which all began to rain upon the island as they slowly but sure began to push the island towards the ground.
"Hey! Stop that right now!" said Yosel in anger.
"I didn't want to do this but you leave me no choice," said Yosel as he prepared to use his final resort.
"Tier 9 Spell: One Time Weight Double"
Using this spell, Yosel managed to double the weight on Arthur's cloths which was finally too much and caused Arthur to pass out and as such, he tridents disappeared as well.
