Aiden's words were mocking Sandra and she felt disgusted about it. She knew her acts were stupid and unfilial but no one knew what kind of battle she was fighting within himself.
She knew it was definitely not him, not after the dream that later confirmed her guess so she was going to hold onto that faith.
"Did you think I am a pushover?" Sandra yelled her face contorted in anger but Aiden's expression turned grimmer. "What is it? You could not stand the truth, how are you even sure he did not approach you on purpose?"
Sandra went silent after what Aiden said and it may be because she doesn't see the reason to argue with him or maybe he was right all along.
"Why did you help me, Mr. Anthony?"
Sandra asked and Aiden went silent not saying anything but Sandra might already suspect the reason why so she did not probe.
