Sandra and Becky stared at the roofing of the room that was decorated with Sandra's picture. Becky turned around to look at Sandra who had been pretty much quiet after her brother left and Becky was worried about her.
Sandra's mind wandered to Joseph's unsettled look earlier and a pang of guilt rose in her chest.
Has she made a mistake by not giving her brothers the money? Is her brother in really one big trouble that was why they needed that huge money? Sandra pondered different thoughts flying through her head but she was more disturbed knowing those two have no one to run to.
She was angry, yes but that was not enough reason to turn her back on her brothers.
"Becky," Sandra called and Becky hummed in reply knowing she wanted to talk. "Did you think I should have given them the money?" Sandra asked Becky, wanting to find closure on her decision.
