While Jason thought about business strategies, his office door opened slightly, distracting him. He raised his head to watch who entered without knocking but what came into his view, crushed his soul.
"Hello I'm Asra Bru....." She didn't complete her sentence when she saw him. The handsome looking billionaire who shared an office with her, was her Jason. The only guy who respected and made her feel love until he left and she never saw him again.
"Jason". Her voice was low and breaking but instead of embracing her, he frowned and turned around. Why did she name herself Asra?. Guilt filled him as he thought about that. Did her disgusting father do something to her that she was willing to work all the way from France to USA? No nevermind with that. He remembered her saying people applied the job for her. But why Lucy, why are you with a fake identity? Jason sighed and let out a breath.
" So you are Asra Brunette?. Get seated , I have some business deals to discuss with you". He said flatly , pretending not to know her. She blinked her eyes continuously.
"Jason Duncan. You are him right. Buts that's impossible". She lowly said but he misunderstood her. He thought she didn't believe he could make it but actually she wondered why Jason will have mistresses and mistreat them .
"Miss Asra I will not tolerate one more insult. Do you want this job or not". Lucy had already given up as she saw him. How was she supposed to kill Jason , the one guy she love even till now. She lowered her head and sat down submissively.
"Good, I was impressed by how you aligned the work given to you. You will accompany me to a business conference in London and my aim is to Target one particular man. I want the Duncan industries to spread out in Milan-Italy so we need a strategy of picking his interest".
" I do not require incompetency in my business. Your arrival at work should always be on time. The trip is early next month so I will need you to give me daily reports on how to convince the Italian real estate developer". Immediatly, he turned and focused on his machine, leaving her words still hanging in her mouth.
She still couldn't believe Jason will do such a thing and worst of all, she couldn't understand why he didn't remember her. Her heart ached badly and she switched on her computer to begin drafting.
"50/50". She whispered to herself while typing.
"50/50. I got it. Jason , I mean sir". She excitedly said his name but changed her words once she saw his glare.
"What is it?". Her heart ached one more time. He was really rude to her . He stood up for her always so what happened to him.
"Sir, partners don't like to be cheated. He will definitely like to have a half share of the profit and that's exactly what we will present in front of him". She said making him frown more.
"Do you think I'm not aware of that. I don't need 50% , I need 80%. I am expanding my business . Giving him 50% will make me loose profit however 30% wouldn't make him loose. Miss Asra get me a sensible report". Her brows ached together and she murmured.
"You didn't even let me finish speaking". He heard her murmur but ignored it as she focused the computer and continued to type her Idea.
