Arthur sighed heavily and looked at his sister with a grave expression. "Beatrice, I'm sorry to say this, but that man was a fraud. He made up about some of his background and identity," he said, his voice tinged with disappointment and frustration.
Beatrice's eyes widened in shock and disbelief. "What do you mean? Gilbert told me everything about his family and himself!" she protested, her voice rising in pitch.
Arthur gestured to a map on the table, his expression serious. "Just take a look at this," he said, handing her a report.
Beatrice's heart raced as she took the map from Arthur. "What is this? You really hated him, didn't you!?" she said with frustration, crumpling the paper in her hands.
Arthur remained calm, but his eyes showed his concern for his sister. He took her hands in his and gently pried the report from her grip. "Just take a deep breath and look at this," he said, pointing to the highlighted section in the map.
