After sleeping for two entire days to recover from the strain he had endured, Mikhail was quick to get up and work on the travel plan with Azalea, sitting together on a log as they shared the waterskin.
"So, we go east until we reach the path that the tribe left behind, and after that, we run like hell across it," Azalea said before taking the last swig of water.
Mikhail nodded, taking back the waterskin as the inscriptions on its surface got to work refilling it.
"Well, let's not waste any time. Come on, Sharyl!"
The two humans got on top of the large lizard, and then rode it eastwards.
It wasn't until nightfall that the trio ran into the large clearing stretching from south to north. And when they did get there, Mikhail and the other two immediately felt an intense aura surrounding the place.
It was profound, almost ancient in some manner.
