"I think one of our customers at the shop might have a secret crush on me" Ellie suddenly sparked up a conversation in the middle of dinner with Sydney. She looked at her with keen interest to see how the look on her face was going to drastically change.
"Wha..what? Why would you think that? Who is it?" Sydney almost choked on her food and dropped the spoon immediately to drink water. Ever since Ellie started to suspect and accuse her of having a crush on Arthur, she can't help but feel triggered negatively at the mention of that particular word, 'crush'.
"Why are you the one suddenly choking when I said I'm the one, who's being crushed on? Did you just think about what I said when we were still at the shop? About you possibly having a crush on Arthur?" Ellie intentionally brought up the topic of being secretly admired by one of the male customers in their shop for her to see the way Sydney would react to it.
