Chapter 30 - Chapter 30 The Helping Gray Wolf And The Pact Of Kol

Chasmion died a happy fulfilled life. Many generations of Silverarrows passed. They fought many battles against human counterparts but none against werewolves. But a faction of them had not forgotten about the werewolves. So they remained nocturnal. And preferred gorrila warfare.

Perhaps the last elder also died aging some three hundred or four hundred years.

One of the Silverarrows young man named Ivan, followed a fantastic bird to an unknown country. There he encountered the beautiful princess if the small mysterious land. He wanted to marry her. But the king almost killed him and threw his body in a forest. There a gray werewolf saved him and cured him. They became friends even though knowing each other's identity. The gray werewolf was named Osycundua. He worked as a king's body guard. It was his disguise and hobby. He knew a secret passage way in the king's palace. He took Ivan to the princess and both fled to Ivan's land. And Ivan made famous the story of the second generation werewolf Osycundua the Gray's legend famous.

Ivan became the leader of the Silverarrows in 1587. He went to the mysterious land accompanied by his wife once again. But the small country was under the Nation of Cerna Gorra Principality. He searched the forests and at last net his long lost friend. He wanted to make a written pact with him. Osycundua Gray agreed to meet and sign on the pact in a neutral country. Ivan was on a mood to go Hindustan with his wife on a honeymoon. They both chose Hindustan as the country where they would sign on the pact. Then the Gray and Ivan met at the exotic district of Kol and signed a pact or a truce not to attack each others' clans in the future knowingly. But if he they hunted unknowingly then the hunter would be given to the other clan as a sacrifice and the other clan was free to do whatever with the hunter as they pleased. But Gray said that on full moons the werewolves could not resist the urge to hunt their hunters down. On full moons the Silverarrows must be very cautious. Then Ivan requested one plus point for his clan too. If anyone commissioned the Silverarrows or gave a contract to kill a rogue werewolf killing or pillaging villages by handing a silver coin, then they should be free to hunt the rogue werewolf down. Gray allowed this point. The Kol Pact was signed in 1587.

Because of the Kol Pact even if John Silverarrow read the small town werewolf murderer he did not plan to hunt it down.
