Then came the stories of the third generation werewolves. Many murders were attributed to the the third generation werewolves. Some villagers or rich lords commissioned the Silverarrows sometimes and they sometimes hunted down the clever werewolves. Those were not so interesting stories. But the most popular was the hunt for the elder of the third generation werewolves. In the seventeenth century in the village of Chalons there lived a famous tailor named Nicolai Damon. He had a very good hand and his reputation rested on his ability to deliver the orders superhumanly fast. Guy de Silverarrow had an eye upon him. The reason Guy de Silverarrow suspected him was his fast pace to deliver any tailoring order. But people were pleased with the tailor Nicolai. In the vicinity, children went on missing on regular basis. The villagers tried this and that, they found nothing. Then one of the villagers managed to give a silver coin to Guy de Silverarrow and asked to find his missing girl. Guy de Silverarrow with other villagers forcefully entered Nicolai's house and in the basement found the bones and remnants of the missing children. It was clear that Nicolai the tailor was devouring them. The villagers with the aid of Guy de Silverarrow burned the werewolf on stake. Later Guy de Silverarrow mysteriously vanished. Some said that some relative werewolves of Nicolai Damon hunted him down. Others said that Guy de Silverarrow left his family for a beautiful prostitute named Jeanne.
