It is said that in the Kingdom of Yul, lakes are the home to mermaids that are considered sacred and devine. It is the only Kingdom where activities such as fishing and swimming are prohibited for such activities are considered to be a disturbance to the tranquil home of the guardian of the water bodies.
There are many myth about the Guardian of the lakes showering people that worship them with good fortune and blessing while bringing destruction and havoc to those who disturbs their abode.
Some say that if the Guardian of the lake recognizes you as their mate then your soul will be taken by them to their abode forever to live but never to be reincarnated.

Clang, clank, boom.....noises were heard as many white and blue coloured figures were seen fighting against eachother either using weapons or their powers. Multiple colours were seen flying here and there and above those figures two strikes of light were seen colliding with each other were upon the ripples caused by the collision of such energies were seen emitting.
"Is it worth it", came a question from a small delicate red robed woman with black long hair with Violet coloured eye moving towards left in order to avoid being hit by the strick of golden light thrown by a black robed man with a dark eye.
The mam wearing a black robe with long sliver hair remained silent upon hearing the question and instead started to strike more viciously to the injured red robed girl.
"Was all your promises fake?",again asked the red robed girl while defending herself from the black robed man's vicious attack. Her voice was filled with melancholy and hurt.
Hearing on reply the girl began to feel frustrated and suddenly shouted at the man, "Why are you silent? Answer me?! Why are you doing this. Doing this to me? Answer me please ",cried the red robed women while still defending against the man's attack.
Hearing no reply yet again the red robed woman fell silent for a moment before a small tear filled voice was heard, "This will be the last question. Have you ever loved me? No, have you ever for once liked me? "
"No", came a cold indifferent reply from the silent man while striking at the red robed woman. The harsh reply resonated in the still defending woman pricing her heart and soul.
She could not breath properly. A self ridiculing smile appeared on red robed woman's lips. She stopped defending herself against the man's strick.
The strike directly landed upon the red robed woman's chest where the heart was located and flung the women down to the earth where many figures are still fighting.
Upon landing on the ground the woman puked out a mouthful of blood. Her body was aching badly and she was not able to even move her finger.
'Why did you even come to my life. 'thought the girl with red rimed eye. 'Was it wrong to fall for you? Why did faith got us to meet. Why did I even got out of the lake',was all that the young woman could think.
The black robed man showed a panic expression on his expressionless face upon realizing that the red robed woman had not defended his attack.
He desended at lightning speed and kneeled before the woman but did not say anything to her. His body was slightly shaking and his face was full of panic.
The red robed woman lifted her head and looked at the black robed man with hatred and bitterness . A single tear suddenly came out of the red robed woman's eye which immediately on leaving her eye turned into a light blue coloured Pearl.
Slowly her body started to glow and dissipate into tiny particles. The red robed woman saw the silhouette of a girl slowly appearing out of a lake and peering at a boy with a flute placed between his lips playing a melody while hiding her body in the water with only her eye and above exposed in outside the lake. She saw two people kissing each other and holding hands. Upon closer look she realised that it was actually her and the black robed man.
A sad melody was heard indicating the death of their monarch. All the blue robed figured stopped fighting and kneeled down while lowering their head and sang along the sad melody with unknown language to pray for their deceased monarch.
