Standing by a white-themed hallway, was Alistair, glancing at the scenery beyond these glasses. Observing, scanning all that existed. Be it the emerald trees, or the towering hills, and even the crystal hued lakes. Everything felt so… simple.
While watching, he lost focus. Like a robot, he stood. Time passed, he lingered.
Rows of patients came and left, clouds appeared and disappeared, the sun rose and fell.
Logically, none of these do not matter. One could call them, basic, an everyday phenomenon. But right now, after the near-death experience, nature, began to look so beautiful.
Though this feeling would likely leave him in another two weeks, it will be a good and nostalgic memory to recollect.
