Narika stood outside of the Wintergreene family house, tears cascading down her porcelain skin after walking into the house, yet found no one. She didn't believe her mom's words for it when she told her that she's dead, then she saw the news about their car colliding head on with a double decker, which resulted in their death.
Zoe was dead, and the frustrating part of it all was that she didn't remember anything. How can she be a friend when she had no memories of what had happened, and it's not like they died yesterday since her mother has said that she's been bedridden for a week.
It's been a month.
Narika didn't need anyone to tell her that something was seriously wrong somewhere, especially back at home. Where her parents are acting as if she woke up from the dead. It apparently had to be that, because none of them had given her any definite answers for the amnesia.
