Romance, Love, Affection, etc etc. Words that entice us and smuggle happiness in life. We heed to god for someone special to appear, as if magic would occur and poof, there you go, your special someone!
No, it's an extensive and hefty process. Through countless rejections and hurt we find the only one.
Now again, why do we do all this? Is it for love or affection?
But we get that enough from others in our life. So what? Desire? Lust maybe?
Nah, we aren't animals! Well ok, most of us aren't.
It is the need. When you see someone that fits the perfect role of your partner you wish to be with them. And let me clear this up, the partner can be anyone. Not only your lover.
When this 'Need of that one person' exceeds limits, it becomes what we call obsession. Despite how they hurt you, it only brings joy.
And the breakthrough from all this is either end of the relationship, success or life.
Life sucks, eh? But we are suckers, so we suck on it, ehem, no nought intended.
Alas, countless youths are spreading these love-bitten hormones in the air that even the ones immune to it get affected!
Sigh, such is the journey of every soul. A few are exempt, all suffer through this. And what we call this section of the book called life is Adolescence.
...
The rain was heavier than usual. Or maybe I was feeling so. But it definitely wasn't a good day. How would it be? I was standing on this lonely wall of the school's terrace as hundreds of eyes were boring their eyes into me.
While my eyes only looked at a few faces.
How strange,...I was never this weak. What brought me here, to the extent of leaving all my video games, manga and all that collection at home of different stuff behind and wanting to jump?
Was it a year ago? Ah, it seems not. It was two years ago for sure.
That beautiful day….How will I forget it?
...
The roads were filled with people, people rushing like insects for their work. It was Monday, the most hated of the weak.
Every mind was thinking of how to cancel out Monday legally so they would never have to work after the weekend.
"Sigh, but there's Tuesday huh, to replace Monday."
This line got a few terrorized and angered stares at the kid.
A black-haired teen was walking towards a school right in front of him with his bag on one shoulder and a toy knife in hand.
'Seems everyone's thinking the same.' His tired face was showing how lazy he felt and the dark circles were proof of his lack of sleep.
The boy's name is ¹Yaksh. Patil Yaksh, living in the slums of Mumbai, the kid was currently trying to reach school.
The knife in his hand was moving speedily as if he would slash it at someone and make it their last day.
"Almost perfect," He looked lousily at the toy knife made of plastic and rubber grip.
Soon he threw it in the air and juggled it in his hand. Letting it fall, he made it fly high using a kick. Soon when it was on his eye level, his hands grabbed the hilt.
*Smack*
The shoulder that was holding onto his bag was pushed heavily, making him stagger and the knife fall from his hand. Oh boy, he was furious.
He wanted to fire that bastard up and chop him with his toy.
To curse at them, he looked up hastily but the bag hanging dearly on his smacked shoulder fell with a thud.
His eyes that held rage now replaced comfort. His hands trembled and his face flushed.
"Ah, sorry. I am in a rush you see…"She turned away but looked back again.
"Hope you understand, have a good day."
And so she went. Disappearing in the crowd of students at the gate. He was woken as if a beautiful dream he didn't wish to end had ended.
"Gorgeous…." he muttered as he picked up his belongings.
"Who is she? Same uniform as me, but I haven't seen her around in the school.
Let's hurry…" the newly surged energy made him move faster.

Well, now that we have arrived at this part, let us dive a bit deeper into our little friend.
Yaksh was a boy in his early teens, studying in eighth grade. His father was an auto driver. And his mother worked as a maid. He was the second child and had only one sister, older than him who was doing her degree.
Her college was just 2 miles away from his school.
Yaksh was gifted.
…Nah, let me rephrase. He was a hell of a gifted person. He was like a person between a genius and a prodigy. And that is when he didn't try. With his determination-top-notch, he could be considered one the most talented in the world, no exaggeration.
However, he didn't care. He didn't like studying, like most kids his age. But his determination to not study was something else!
So his family gave up on making him study. And as you would think, his parents didn't quite understand his talent, but his sister did and so always tried to make him study. Eventually, it created a rift between them. However smart he was, like a kid he always hated when someone pestered him to do something he didn't want to.
His family was a lovely one. Caring and loving each other seeped into their hearts. However serious fights they got into with each other, a small joke would erase it all.
Yaksh liked to perform many other extracurricular activities and even though his parents never liked him wasting his time, they let him be. At Least he was interested in something, is what they thought.
And it was right. He would determinedly master whatever he was learning from the web and internet,
That was who Yaksh was. A lazy lad who was smart but not interested.
This made him a non-interesting person and eventually no one his age talked to him, friends being a lost cause.
But again, what did it matter?
That's just who he was. A Non-Interesting Boy…until now.
Changes might occur, and so might problems. But he has to face them, or will he cover in fear? Is he a hero or a sidekick twerp?
Life can bring many twists, and he might not expect some to be fatal or some to be of glory.
However, life will continue and so will his life….in the next chapter.
Till then, hope you find an element to make yourself that peculiar ²'Jadugar' of your own life.
