Nicklaus blinked in surprise. He watched Arissa turn away from him. She seemed to be giving up on them and it boiled him from inside.
"Arissa, stop this," Nicklaus shunned her. He caught hold of her right wrist and spun her back in his direction, forcing her to face him again.
He held both sides of her arms firmly, "This isn't important. It isn't your fault you keep on having crazy unrealistic nightmares. What I care about is you and not what you'll become,"
Arissa searched his eyes, "This nightmare is very important, Nicklaus," she argued, "Your mother made you suffer a lot and I can't imagine myself doing the same. The world we find ourselves involves crime and who knows what I might be forced to do to you," visible dear ruled Arissa.
It clouded her eyes and controlled her whole body language.
