Valeria smiled up at Logan as he carried her up the staircase. "You healed a lot," she started. In the past, he lets her alone close to him, and before she could achieve that, she was made to walk through fire at a very young age and it was all worth it. However now, he let a lot of people surround him.
Logan just hummed at her compliment and continued walking up the staircase.
Valeria looked around the moderately luxurious mansion. The place looked exactly like what he told her years back he wants as a dream house but what she don't understand was why he had so many men moving around.
"And you got legs," she noticed. This time, Logan looked down at her, "I'm glad I did," he replied gratefully.
Not many people know he doesn't have legs. It was just her alone and Vincent but now, Laura knows, summing it up to all three persons.
"You added weight," Logan grumbled lifting her with fake grunts. His acts were quite comical.
