Arissa controlled her emotions and throughout the car ride, she tried not to pass her ill temper to the guards who were just doing their jobs.
"Thank you," she appreciated the guard who helped her open the door of the car.
"Let me," the guard requested and Arissa could not help but question him with her brows, "We would walk you in and down to your ward also, the boss just sent us a mail that your arm is injured and we should help you with any lifting," he explained.
Arissa bit her inner lip before nodding. She would have assumed this was his way of knowing her sister's whereabouts but from their previous conversation concerning Adele's case, he let it known to her that he has eyes on her everywhere and knows about Adele down to her fake identity.
She looked around knowing that there were more eyes on her. Shadow guards seemed to be lurking around her even with these two.
Nicklaus was killing her slowly and he doesn't seem to understand it.
