" Very lovely moment, I don't want to ruin it," Adriel walked in on us as Allesio and I held hands, I wasn't quick to withdraw my hand because of Adriel's presence, I looked at Allesio and nodded my head before letting go of his hand.
"Oh, look, you were right Allesio, Adriel caught a squirrel, I guess you can tell the future," I said, intending to lighten up his mood a bit, but it was aimless because he didn't react or respond to it.
He went back to where he had gathered the twigs and set it ablaze, I watch him and Adriel roast the squirrel that we ate afterward in awkward silence, once again I had left Allesio broken.
After eating, we sat under the shades provided by the tree for a while, Adriel and Allesio discussed how things would go once they got to the palace, while I just listened because I had nothing else to do.
