Chapter 58 - 58

"Get yourself ready, you would leave for Aeradon with me before sunset today,"the prince said, with his eyes fixed on my hait, it appeared there was no where else for him to stare.

When he said those words, I hated myself, I realized that I should have joined the other servants as they ran away

"Okay my lord," I replied indecisively and watched him walk away with so much bitterness.

I felt pity for him, but I was unhappy, it didn't stop me anyways because as he left I continued to exit the palace, but I failed to realize that it wasn't easy to walk in and out of the palace as one likes.

I was not stopped at the entrance to the palace, nor was I stopped on my way, but at the huge gate that separated the palace from the rest of the kingdom, I was asked to stop.

"Who gave you permission to leave?" The guard asked me in a harsh tone that got me scare for a moment.
