Once the wolf hunter departed, Sigma began to work on starting their new training regimen. It was a bit troublesome since the same method wouldn't work on them, but he had time to deal with that. It was a bit of a dangerous and kind of masochistic effect. Still, Sigma made some rings that actually would wound him and people like him, Ed, and Lucy since that would make them tougher. They also had some additional effects that would help them in combat, so only getting used to them would be an issue.
