Rosrk was the commander of many groups on the southern side of the continent. He imagined that some enemies coming from the south would come eventually, which was why he sent his friend to keep a base there. He commanded thousands of transcendental beings, but he didn't pass that vibe when one just looked at him relaxing in his tent. Not to mention, he looked like an ordinary human with his kept appearance and for his liking of clean and organized things. Speaking of which, he was Jonny's former master. He sent several parties to raid his fortress, but he eventually gave up since he didn't feel that he was worth the hassle.
