Ending the first phase of the battle and when all the Min soldiers that remained had run away due to the fierce tiger that was not sparing any opportunity to spill their blood and tear them to pieces and the weird monkey that sat on it's back cheering and clapping like their death was an entertainment.
The Chi nation and the Qi nation army rejoiced with themselves as they headed back to camp, it was then they noticed that Bogsu, Song Yuan and Han Jisung were gone.
There was an uprising as everyone scurried about wondering what was going on and where their leaders were.
There were only two people that was not fully affected by the disappearance, one of them was Han Jiwoo as she felt excited that it would be an avenue for her to take over, if she managed to lead the warriors to victory she would be viewed as a man of valour and there was no way that the court would not go ahead to coronate her as Emperor, Han Jiwoo felt excited as she thought her mother would be so happy to hear the news, she quickly wrote a letter and put it in a little bag before fixing the bag on a pigeon who flew away to deliver it's message.
The other person that was not bothered was Li Yehan, she had seen when the trio was taken away but did not take any action towards it as she not want to interrupt the association plans, she might be in love with Song Yuan but she was not dumb enough to offend the organisation because of him.
Currently, Li Yehan was in her tent studying the anklet that Bogsu had dropped during the fight, it seemed like it was of great importance to her and that was why she was able to resist the sedation dart for so long just so that she can get back at the person who had taken away her anklet.
"This does not look that special though." Li Yehan thought out loud, it did not look it was made of any extra expensive materials so why does it seem as if Bogsu cherished it a lot, on the anklet what was inscriped was MLPA, in which Li Yehan had no idea what it stood for so she found it weird.
Either ways, what Bogsu wore was none of her business, Li Yehan said tucking the anklet under her pillow and removing her slippers before laying on the bed to sleep, she held her chain by her side just in case of any sneak attack from enemies.
Han Jiwoo on the under hand could not fall asleep, she kept on rolling on the bed filled with excitement but then she abruptly stood, she had been so overwhelmed with excitement that she forgot that Han Jisung was not only her father but the Emperor and the general of the army which meant that they would be all worried about him.
Han Jiwoo then decided to call a meeting with the rest of the generals so that they could discuss, Lin Wei also tagged along as he found himself a secluded place to seat down while looking at the generals that surrounded the table that contained the a small model of the battle field.
"Generals, you all know why I have called you here today." Han Jiwoo said in a stern voice speaking with a hint of masculinity in them like she had been trained to speak.
Lin Wei frowned as he watched Han Jiwoo but said nothing, he felt like it was not yet the right moment to speak.
The generals all nodded in affirmation to what Han Jiwoo was saying, "Our emperor and two major generals have been captured and it is pretty much obvious that it was the Min nation that had committed this abominable act." Han Jiwoo said trying to look as vengeful as possible.
"I have decided by noon tomorrow we head towards their nearest base to raid the place and bring back our Emperor." Han Jiwoo said in a spirit lifting voice and all the Generals nodded with their fighting spirit lifted atleast now they knew that someone was here to lead them through the war, but a cold laughter suddenly reverberated around the tent sending chills down everyone spine.
"Noon? The Min's nation nearest base when a horse a is used to transport should take at least 5 hours and not to talk of the fact we are going in a large mass let's say it would take at least 7 hours or 10 hours at a maximum." Lin Wei analysised coldly, it was pretty much obvious that the so called prince wanted the trio dead before the army arrived.
Although Lin Wei knew that Bogsu could very much protect herself, he was still worried about her, he had practically raised her up so it was his duty to worry and care about her safety.
"Who are you?" Han Jiwoo asked cautiously with the fear that someone had come to ruin his plans.
"Take a guess." Lin Wei snorted disrespectfully towards Han Jiwoo making other Generals look impressed, they were not shocked at the fact that Han Jiwoo was treated that way, warriors in a country take more time to show reverence towards their political leader, they are more likely to respect their generals than their Emperors because they have bern through thick and thin with their Generals and not only that, they believe Emperors are the start of a war which more or less lead to the death of their colleagues.
Han Jiwoo stared at Lin Wei for a while trying to remember who he was and why he had the guts to question her like that Infront of the generals that she was trying to impress so that she would have their support.
It was then it clicked, Han Jiwoo remembered the man to be Bogsu's Master, but what was he doing there sitting at a corner and most importantly why was he there?
