Tanaka is a 6-foot man, he isn't a skinny guy but he's also not buff, he regularly does his daily exercises which are 50 push-ups and 50 pull-ups, and whenever he goes to work or school back then, he does a little cardio, it's not something he had to do so that he can get a leg exercise, but it was a habit of his that his parents noticed, it's not as fast as others do cardio, it's only to work his legs up.

So, he's pretty fit.
