"Wait!" Lauritz tone became frantic as soon as he heard the old man Richmond mention the word Alseirigh. "You don't mean-"
"That's exactly what I mean, boy." The Shadow Physician cut the young guard mid-sentence. "Do you not want the young man Vaughn to wake up able to defend himself in this hell we live in?"
Lauritz didn't even flinch to answer that question.
He nodded effusively and knelt by Erick's side.
"Will he really be able to survive it here if he goes through Alseirigh?"
The old man Richmond looked at Lauritz and blinked for a few seconds, lingering ever so slightly to answer.
