Lauritz jumped over the guard rail again, right before Allen pulled the trigger, but with the precarious position that the young guard was in, one of Allen's bullets managed to scratch him on the back of his right thigh, making Lauritz land with a slight limp.
It burned.
It didn't feel like any other pain that Lauritz had gone through during his early training years.
However, it wasn't enough for him to give up.
He put all his small weight on his hind leg again, and made the same movement he had performed before, disappearing from Allen's field of view.
Or so Lauritz had thought.
This time, due to his injure, slight as it was, he weren't as fast as the first time, and another bullet managed to scratch his forearm, near the wrist.
But Lauritz also managed to move forward, towards Allen, becoming able to grab his enemy's arm and twist it, raising the gun up along with Allen's twisted wrist.
