“Well I didn’t miss you.” I grumbled and he knitted his brows together.
“You didn’t?”
“Not even a little bit.”
“Then who were you just cursing out loud?” He asked and I looked up to find him struggling stifling a laugh. “Come on, love. Tell me.”
“Someone who isn’t you for sure.”
“Come on now. Don’t lie to me.”
“Why would I lie?” I growled and he backed up.
“Just so you know, your ears become red when you lie.” He said trying hard not to laugh.
“Fine! I was grumbling about you! I hate you! There I said it. Happy?” I huffed and he stepped forward wrapping his arms around me. He pulled me into his chest.
“How can I be happy learning that you hate me?” He whispered. “I’m sorry I didn’t come sooner.”
“It’s okay.” I grumbled. “But this is the last time I will forgive you without any consequences.”
“You won’t be allowed another situation like this.”
