Despite its enormous size, the Rasso Carso on the first floor of the tower dwarfed the Amazon Forest in size and remained perilous due to the plethora of wild creatures that thrive in its harsh terrain. These creatures have evolved to adapt to the challenging environment and can survive where other species couldn't.
The Rasso Carso is awash in red, a vivid reminder of the countless battles that have raged across its treacherous terrain over the centuries. Despite its reputation as a perilous expanse, brave adventurers still attempted to traverse the Rasso Carso, driven by a variety of motivations and desires.
The creatures that roam the Rasso Carso are notorious for their unquenchable thirst for blood and engage in brutal battles to determine hierarchy and survival of the fittest.
In this treacherous environment, weaker creatures must band together to increase their chances of survival, while their stronger counterparts either lead solitary lives or command large followings.
The brutal competition for survival culls the weak and rewards only the most powerful and cunning, paving the way for the establishment of dominant hierarchies that subjugate those who cannot fend for themselves.

Enthusiastic about discovering beasts in the forest, Ignis encountered his first monster: a hyena-like creature standing roughly 3 meters away and appearing to have been separated from its pack.
Ignis stumbled upon a menacing beast with large, razor-sharp canine teeth and drool oozing from its mouth. The creature exuded strength and hunger, revealing an aggressive nature.

[ Name: Aardwolf ]
[ HP: 450 ]
[ Description: Belongs to the Misavu hyena clan.]

After reading the brief description, Ignis realized his lack of monster appraisal skills. He could only gather so much information. Obtaining the appraisal skill required killing monsters and relying on luck or, alternatively, purchasing it from a store at a steep price.
Ignis felt somewhat disappointed but not entirely surprised, having anticipated such situations.
Ignis's propensity for preparedness meant that having more information would prove highly advantageous in any scenario. He felt confident that the more he learned, the better equipped he would be for any potential outcome.
Despite the system's lack of substantial information, Ignis had encountered hyena-like monsters before and had a recollection of them. In this region, all of the hyenas belonged to the Misavu family, which boasted over 1000 evolved members.
The Misavu family of hyenas, all of which are evolved and bloodthirsty, dominated the outer region of the Rasso Carso as apex hunters.
While the level 15 evolved hyenas who led the family may not be as powerful as other beasts in the area, their collective strength and hunting tactics make them a formidable force to be reckoned with.
After having observed the aardwolf wandering around aimlessly, Ignis made the decision to launch an unexpected, long-range attack from behind, as this was the moment he needed to show off his skills with the kusarigama weapon.
Ignis executed an unexpected, long-range attack on the aardwolf by silently approaching it from behind at a distance of 6 meters. He then rotated the kusarigama vertically on its right side before thrusting the sickle side of the kusarigama towards its back.
Ignis's strike was precise and effective, as the sickle punctured through the aardwolf's hide and lodged deep in its flesh. The aardwolf writhed in agony and was paralysed by the wound inflicted by the kusarigama.

Upon realizing that it had been ambushed, the aardwolf pivoted and sighted Ignis, then charged towards him, as it had determined that this creature had a weaker scent than its own.
As the aardwolf charged towards Ignis, he swiftly swung his kusarigama horizontally and slashed at the creature with a deadly vertical arc before it could reach him.

Seizing the opportunity while the aardwolf was still disoriented from the previous attack, Ignis swiftly struck twice with his kusarigama.
With a quick motion, he swung the sickle side towards the aardwolf's neck, while simultaneously launching the iron ball towards its head, hoping to deliver a devastating blow.
The first attack reduced its HP by -20, but the second attack with the iron ball was fatal, and it tumbled a bit.

Ignis relentlessly assaulted the aardwolf with his weapon, unleashing enhanced damage from its increased stats, and dealing heavy blows that drained its HP.

After seeing this system message, he came to an understanding.
"So the experience point requirement for the [Infusion] on the F rank skill book is 10 experience points."
"It's not much for an F-rank skill, but I hope the effects are awesome."
*
[You have an F-rank skill; do you want to learn it ?]
*
"Yes, learn"

[You have learned the skill: Crashing Hawk]

After Ignis acquired the skill, he scoured the area for the aardwolf's body, but it had vanished without leaving any loot. Disheartened, he scouted for other monsters and soon spotted another aardwolf just 30 metres away.
He approached it cautiously, taking care not to alert the creature to his presence. Once he was close enough, he launched a swift attack with his kusarigama, striking the aardwolf's back with the sickle, smashing it with the iron ball, and swiftly taking it down.
As this hunt ended, Ignis collected 10 experience points. After checking it again, he applied his talent [Infusion] to the skill "crashing hawk."
And after a faint, dramatic light.
