Mr. Henderson's warm smile had not changed since the last time they met. It was just that he looked older now. His body was thinner, his hair and mustache had turned gray. He hobbled with his cane to greet his two former students who came to visit and hugged them one by one.
"I'm so happy to see you two," he said cheerfully. "Come on in. I've been waiting for you."
They followed Mr. Henderson into the living room. Grace walked behind them and still looked very surprised. When everyone was seated, except Grace, Mr. Henderson turned to his niece. "Why do you look so shocked, Gracie?"
Grace seemed to wake up from her drifting thoughts. "Mr. Davis is the CEO of the company I work for, Uncle. I'm his secretary."
"Oh, what a pleasant surprise!" Mr. Henderson looked pleased. "Well, how about we offer them a drink?"
"What would you like to drink?" She asked his uncle's two guests.
Reef smiled. "Just water. Thank you."
