When Bella woke up from fainting she found herself in her bedroom at the farmhouse surrounded by worried faces looking at her. Kylie was the first to approach and greet her. Her eyes traced Bella's confused-looking face.
"Bella? Oh thank goodness you're finally awake!"
"Hi, Kylie." Bella stirred, trying to get up. "Why am I suddenly already at home?"
"No, don't get up yet." Kylie held her shoulders gently, while Nathan came closer. "We were thinking of taking you to the hospital. You fell and hit the ground hard. Look, there's a bruise on your forehead. We're afraid you have a concussion."
"Do you feel dizzy?" asked Nathan. "Or nausea?"
Bella felt her forehead and felt a slight bump there. But she didn't feel anything other than stinging at the bump on her forehead and was confused because the last time before she lost consciousness, she was on Thunder's back running in the meadow.
